Board-Certified Physician- Dr. Stavros Papandreou
BayMed Aesthetics is a state-of-the-art aesthetic and wellness center combining years of experience with the latest technology to meet patients’ skincare and anti-aging needs. Their goal is to remove the mask of time by providing the highest quality care for their patients.
Through his academic career, Dr Papandreou earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his internship at the University of North Texas. He then went on to complete his residency at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his fellowship at the Larkin Community Hospital Graduate Medical Education.
An expert in his field, the doctor is board-certified in emergency medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM). The AOBEM organization provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of acutely ill patients with advanced cardiac life support, trauma, and the management of other life-threatening medical issues (emergency physicians).
As a board-certified physician, he has worked within the largest healthcare systems in Florida in both trauma and community hospital settings, with a wide range of pathology exposure, and is currently a member of an independent physician group in St Petersburg.
Board-Certified Physician Assistant – Julia O’Malley
Julia is a certified Physician Assistant. She has been a practicing PA for 13 yrs. Julia earned her Master’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2008. Since then, she has worked in Infectious Disease, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Orthopedic Trauma Surgery, and Emergency Medicine.
Most recently, Julia has focused on the body’s wellness as a whole and created a nutritional program. She wholeheartedly believes wellness starts from within and aims to enhance her client’s natural beauty without a manufactured look.

Each of our services are personalized to you as we understand that no two people are alike. We offer complimentary consultations with our board certified physician or our licensed estheticians. You will fill out an assessment form and then a skin analysis will be done to determine the treatment program best suited for your needs.
We allow 30 minutes to an hour for each treatment, depending on the service, to give our patients a relaxed environment and to avoid having our patients wait to be seen.
Most of our procedures require no to minimal downtime. The majority of patients do not require any time off from work and may even return to work on the same day. Be aware that some of the injectables may cause mild swelling for a period of 24 hours afterwards. A longer period of recovery may be necessary for deep peels, microneedling, or combined procedures.
We are always expanding our services. Currently we offer Botox, dermal fillers including Juvederm, Restylane, and Versa, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Laser Hair Removal, facials, chemical peels including VI Peel, Dermal Infusion, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, PRP Facials, PRP Hair Restoration, and Body Contouring.
